BMW Motorrad India launched the new F 900 XR motorcycle in the Indian market on Thursday. The freshly revised F 900 XR Pro motorcycle’s showroom price in Delhi has been fixed at Rs 12.30 lakh.
The bike is available as a CBU (Completely Built-Up Unit). The company has opened the booking of new BMW F 900 XR, which can also be made at authorised dealerships. According to the BMW, delivery will begin in June of this year. BMW Motorrad India claims to have carved out a niche in the premium motorcycle market by introducing the best of the world’s premium motorcycles to India.
Key Features of the Bike
An 895 cc water-cooled 4-stroke in-line 2-cylinder engine powers the motorcycle. There are four valves per cylinder, two overhead camshafts, and a dry-sump lubrication system in this powertrain. At 8500 rpm, its engine produces a maximum output (77 kW) of 105 horsepower and a peak torque of 92 Nm. The BMW F 900 XR Pro bike, according to official claims, can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in under 3.6 seconds. At the same time, this model’s top speed is said to be over 200 kmph.

A 6.5-inch full-color TFT multifunctional instrument screen and communication features are included on the bike. Users may utilise the phone and media functions without installing the app, according to the business. In addition to that, the bike has a BMW Motorrad connectivity app, as well as useful arrow navigation with route import and multiple way-point assistance on the display.
Active, Dynamic and Comfort Packages
- Dynamic ESA, Keyless Ride, and Center Stand are among the important standard equipment on the new F 900 XR Pro, which are included in the Comfort package. Headlight Pro, Daytime Riding Lights, and Gear Shift Assist Pro are included in the Dynamic package.
