At the Google I/O 2022 event, Google unveiled the Google Pixel 6a, a new phone in the Pixel series. Google has included its own Tensor processor in the Google Pixel 6a. This phone also has a second Processor, the Titan M2, which is used for security. The Google Pixel 6a comes with 6 GB of RAM. Aside from that, the phone features a 6.1-inch display with Always On Display. Google has guaranteed to deliver security upgrades for the Pixel 6a for the next five years.
Specifications of Google Pixel 6a
The Google Pixel 6a comes with Android 12. Aside from that, it has a 6.1-inch Full HD Plus OLED display with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display is Gorilla Glass 3 protected, and the refresh rate is 60Hz. The phone is equipped with an octa-core Google Tensor processor, as well as a Titan M2 processor for security processing. The phone has a storage capacity of up to 128 GB and 6 GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
The Google Pixel 6a has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity. The phone sports a 4410mAh battery with quick charging capabilities and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Google Pixel 6a sports two back cameras, the primary of which is a 12.2-megapixel lens. It has an f/1.7 aperture. The second lens is an extra wide angle 12 megapixel lens. This phone comes with an 8 megapixel front camera for selfies. The camera can record 4K footage at 30 frames per second.

The Google Pixel 6A is priced at $449, which is roughly Rs 34,800. The phone will be available in the US starting July 21 in the colours Chalk, Charcoal, and Sage. There is presently no information on whether the phone will be available in India.
