Last Day for PAN Aadhaar Linking : Here’s how to avoid penalties

If your PAN card isn’t linked to your Aadhaar card, you should do it right away. The deadline for linking your PAN card to your Aadhaar card is today, March 31, 2022. There is a late fee for failing to link your Aadhaar card with PAN card. For this a sum of Rs 500 has been allotted. If the PAN card is not linked to the Aadhaar card, the PAN card becomes inactive, which might result in a series of problems.

Last Day for delayed Payment ; Penalty increased after June 30th 2022

There is also a deadline if you fail to link your Aadhaar card with a PAN card today. June 30, 2022 has been set as the deadline for delayed linking. That is, till June 30, a PAN card can be linked to an Aadhaar card with a late fee of Rs 500. Following that, the fine would be raised from Rs.500 to Rs.1,000. Your PAN card will be activated again after the penalty has been served.

Simple process of linking Aadhaar Card with Pan Card without Internet 

It is not necessary to use the internet to link your PAN card to your Aadhaar card. Even if you don’t have access to the internet, you can link your PAN card to your Aadhaar card. To do so, 

• simply write ‘UIDPAN’ into your phone’s message box. 
• After that, you must enter your Aadhaar card’s 12-digit number. 
• After that, you must input the PAN card’s ten-digit number, followed by a space.
• It must be sent to the number 567678 or 56161. 

That’s it your PAN and Aadhaar card will be linked.
